Message: Huge room and costs about 1/3 of the price as other area hotels. And the room we were put in for the night even had a kitchen. Yes the room was a little outdated however I find that more appealing. Tells me that the place has been taken care of to last that long.

Message: Just stayed one night, but found it very quaint. Nice little room with all you needed. Staff is real friendly. Could use some updates but still very nice. Makes you feel you are way out of town, but Surprise! You're not. Well done.

Message: Super cute little place, old-school charm, proprietors are friendly, nice selection of postcards & free newspaper. The grounds are lovely & peaceful. Freight trains just up the hill, and you can hear I-35. But it’s madeup for by the birds, woods, lawns, critters, and wind in the trees. Cute little brook right behind the rooms and a hiking trail. Rooms have lots of windows to open for fresh air & listening to nature.

Message: My family has been going here for over 30 years and this use the first somewhat bad experience I've had. We had a room connected to the officeand the guests that were advice us were extremely noisy. We could hear everything they were doing. I would suggest sound proofing between the ceiling and floor. Otherwise we love this place!

Message: I've stayed here before and know this Motel. The price they ask is well worth staying here because it's not your 5-star hotel. The beds are clean I have a microwave and a mini fridge in my room, as you can see by the photos there are many updates that could be done but for me.. I'm satisfied. Since it's an old Motel and it hasn't been updated the scars from the many years of people being able to smoke in their rooms shows. I've never had any problems with the rooms or the staff and even though there was a small snafu when I got here the manager made things right for me. I don't sweat the small things in life.
